HVAC installation · Ocala & nearby communities

HVAC installation. Build in comfort.

A new HVAC installation starts with the space it will serve. We plan and install heating and cooling systems for homes, commercial properties and new-construction projects in Ocala and nearby communities.

Ask about current availability.

A UV light system is included with new HVAC installations. Our team will explain the equipment and installation details in your proposal.

Equipment and airflow, planned together.

We review the property, its heating and cooling needs, and the installation requirements before recommending equipment. Ductwork, controls and access are part of the conversation.

The space
Share the plans for a new build or describe the property, its use and any changes being made.
The system
We discuss suitable heating and cooling equipment and how it will fit with the ductwork and controls.
The installation
Your written estimate explains the equipment and proposed work, including related work and any applicable permit or inspection responsibilities.

Work with your builder.

For new construction, we coordinate HVAC and ductwork with the builder or project contact. Send the available plans, equipment requirements and construction schedule so we can review the scope and plan the work.

Ductwork design and installation
Plan the duct layout alongside the heating and cooling equipment, rather than treating airflow as an afterthought.
A clear point of contact
Identify who coordinates the project, approves the work and receives the estimate.

Know what comes with the installation.

Every HVAC installation includes duct sanitation (fogging), a UV light system and a Wi-Fi thermostat. Your installation proposal explains the treatment, equipment and setup included with your new system.

Duct sanitation (fogging)
We review the existing ductwork and explain the proposed treatment as part of your installation.
A UV light system
We explain the included device, where it will be installed and the care it needs.
A Wi-Fi thermostat
A Wi-Fi thermostat is included; the proposal identifies the equipment and setup.

Your questions

Questions, answered.

What information is needed to plan HVAC for a new build?

Start with the building plans, room layout, intended use and construction schedule. The system and ductwork need to be planned together, including equipment locations, access and controls. The builder or project contact should be identified so the installation scope and timing can be coordinated.

Will I need new ductwork with a new HVAC system?

It depends on the installation. A new build needs a ductwork plan, while a replacement may be able to use some existing ducts after they are assessed. The proposal should state which ducts are included, what will remain and any airflow work needed for the selected equipment.

How is the size of a new heating and cooling system chosen?

The recommendation should account for the building’s heating and cooling needs, not just copy the old unit or use square footage alone. Layout, insulation, windows, intended use and airflow all help determine a suitable system.
