Choose the conversation you are having.

A repair decision and an estimate comparison are different moments. Start with the guide that fits your situation.

Repair or replace?
Look at the diagnosis, condition, repair history and your plans together. No single birthday or rule of thumb decides the answer.
Comparing replacement estimates
Understand equipment selection, included work, exclusions and written terms before comparing totals.
Duct cleaning or treatment?
Understand how duct material and condition guide cleaning, treatment and replacement decisions.

Bring your questions, not a diagnosis.

If you already have an estimate or a service record, it can help the conversation. If you do not, start with what you have noticed. Our team can discuss service for homes and businesses in Ocala and nearby communities.

Your questions

Questions, answered.

What information is useful before I compare repair and replacement?

Start with the diagnosis and the proposed repair, then consider the system’s condition, earlier repairs and the comfort problems you want solved. Include your plans for the property. Comparing one repair with a complete installation is more useful when you know what each option actually covers.

Why are two replacement estimates so different?

They may include different equipment or installation work. Compare model numbers, controls, ductwork, removal of old equipment, permits, any applicable written equipment or work terms, and exclusions before comparing totals. If a line is unclear, have it explained in writing so you can compare the same scope.
