Preventative maintenance · Ocala & nearby communities
HVAC maintenance. Care for your system.
Regular maintenance helps keep your air conditioning and heating system efficient and identify developing problems early. We service homes and businesses in Ocala and nearby communities.
Ask about current availability.
We recommend two maintenance visits a year. If your system is already having a problem, tell us when you contact us so we can investigate it.
Regular care for everyday comfort.
A system you rely on throughout the year benefits from regular attention. Maintenance helps keep components clean, supports airflow and gives a technician a chance to spot wear before it causes a larger problem.
- Heating and cooling
- We check the equipment serving your space and how the system is operating.
- Changes you have noticed
- Mention uneven temperatures, unusual sounds or a concern that keeps returning so we can include it in the assessment.
- Homes and workplaces
- For a business, share your operating hours and access details when arranging service.

What we check during maintenance.
Our maintenance checks cover system operation, coils, filters, drainage, refrigerant, electrical connections and controls. We clean and make adjustments where needed, according to the equipment.
- Operation and controls
- Check the air conditioner or heat pump, thermostat and overall operation, including loose parts or unusual vibration.
- Coils, filters and airflow
- Check the indoor coil, clean the outdoor coil and check or clean the air filter. Inspect blower components and lubricate moving parts where applicable.
- Refrigerant and drainage
- Check refrigerant charge and adjust as needed. Check condensate drain lines, clean them when needed and test the condensate pump where fitted.
- Electrical components
- Check connections, fuses and related components as part of the system assessment.
Between service visits.
Check or change your filter according to the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations, and keep leaves and vegetation clear of the outdoor unit. If cooling or heating changes, contact us so we can check the system.
Your questions
Questions, answered.
How often should my heating and cooling system be serviced?
We recommend two maintenance visits a year. Regular attention gives us a chance to check operation, clean the components that need it and catch developing issues before they become the reason you call.
I change the filter. What else does HVAC maintenance include?
Filter care is one part of maintenance. We also check system operation, coils, drainage, refrigerant, electrical connections and controls, with cleaning and adjustments appropriate to the equipment. A clean filter alone does not tell you how the rest of the system is operating.
My A/C is already cooling poorly. Should I book maintenance or a repair?
Describe the cooling problem when arranging service so we can plan a diagnosis. Maintenance is routine care; a system that is not cooling properly may need a repair. We explain the findings and give you a written estimate for proposed repair work.
How often should I change my air filter?
Follow the filter and equipment manufacturer’s instructions, and check it regularly between service visits. Dust, pets and how much the system runs can affect how quickly it gets dirty. Use the size and filter type suited to your equipment rather than choosing by thickness or rating alone.
