A/C replacement · Ocala & nearby communities
A new A/C system. A considered choice.
Considering a complete A/C replacement? Professional Air Response evaluates your existing system at no charge. We review the space, equipment and comfort needs to recommend a suitable replacement in Ocala and nearby communities.
Ask about current availability.
Contact our team to discuss the equipment, installation scope and written estimate.
A system selected for your space.
We consider the building’s cooling needs, existing equipment and airflow when recommending a replacement. Tell us about rooms that feel too warm, humidity concerns or changes you plan for the property.
- Comfort throughout the space
- Uneven temperatures, humidity and noise help us understand what you want the replacement to improve.
- The existing installation
- We assess indoor and outdoor equipment, controls and installation access as part of planning the work.
- Your priorities
- We discuss your plans, timing and budget so you can compare suitable equipment options.

A written estimate that explains the work.
Your estimate identifies the proposed equipment and installation work. We explain what is included and any related work that needs to be considered.
- Equipment and installation
- The proposal describes the indoor and outdoor equipment, installation and removal of the old system.
- Related work
- We explain the scope for controls, connections, airflow-related work and any applicable permits or inspections.
- Work terms and completion
- We stand behind our work, including parts and labor. We explain any separate terms that apply, equipment registration steps and startup checks.
Replacement for commercial properties, too.
We replace conventional HVAC equipment serving offices, shops and similar properties. Tell us about the space, who is coordinating the work and any access requirements so we can plan the evaluation.
Free portable cooling while we arrange the work.
If we cannot repair or replace your system the same day, we provide portable A/C at no charge to help cool a room while we arrange the work. We coordinate the unit and its placement with you.
Six months to decide on replacement.
For systems 9 years and older, you can choose a PAR repair and take six months to decide whether to replace the system with us. If you choose replacement within those six months, we apply the full cost of the original repair as a credit toward your new system.
Support while you wait for replacement.
When necessary, we cover local hotel accommodations up to $150 per night for a maximum of two nights for customers with elderly household members or small children who are waiting for their system to be replaced. Contact the team to coordinate arrangements for your household.
Included with your new HVAC system.
Every HVAC installation includes duct sanitation (fogging), a UV light system and a Wi-Fi thermostat. Your installation proposal explains the treatment, equipment and setup included with your new system.
- Duct sanitation (fogging)
- We review the existing ductwork and explain the proposed treatment as part of your installation.
- A UV light system
- We explain the included device, where it will be installed and the care it needs.
- A Wi-Fi thermostat

Your questions
Questions, answered.
How do I know whether to repair or replace my air conditioner?
Start with the diagnosis, repair cost and condition of the rest of the system. Repeated faults, poor comfort and your plans for the property also matter. We explain the repair and replacement options so you can compare the work involved, rather than deciding from the equipment’s age alone.
Would a bigger air conditioner cool my home better?
Not necessarily. A system needs to match the home’s cooling and humidity needs. Oversized equipment can cool the rooms quickly without removing enough moisture. We consider the space, airflow and existing installation when recommending a replacement.
What if my A/C is down while I wait for a replacement?
If we cannot repair or replace your system the same day, we provide portable A/C at no charge to help cool a room while we arrange the work. We coordinate the unit and its placement with you.
Will a new air conditioner lower my electric bill?
An efficient replacement can reduce the energy used for cooling, but the result depends on the equipment, installation, ductwork and how the home is used. Compare the proposed system and installation together; an efficiency rating alone cannot predict your next bill.
Can I apply a repair bill toward a new HVAC system?
For systems 9 years and older, you can choose a PAR repair and take six months to decide whether to replace the system with us. If you choose replacement within those six months, we apply the full cost of the original repair as a credit toward your new system.
Is the evaluation free if I am considering a complete replacement?
If you are considering a complete system replacement, we evaluate your existing system at no charge. We recommend getting at least three estimates so you can compare the equipment, installation scope and written terms.
What if my family needs somewhere to stay while we wait for replacement?
When necessary, we cover local hotel accommodations up to $150 per night for a maximum of two nights for customers with elderly household members or small children who are waiting for their system to be replaced. Contact the team to coordinate arrangements for your household.
