HVAC for builders and new construction.

We coordinate with builders on HVAC installations and ductwork design, installation and replacement. Share the plans, equipment requirements and construction schedule so we can review the scope and plan our part of the work.

New installations
Plan heating and cooling equipment with the project’s space, airflow needs and installation access in mind.
Ductwork
Discuss duct layout and installation alongside the equipment so both parts of the system are planned together.
Project coordination
Identify the builder or project contact, the plans available and the stage of construction when contacting our team.

Your questions

Questions, answered.

Does one uncomfortable room mean our business needs a new HVAC system?

No. The affected room, airflow, controls and equipment need to be assessed first. Tell us whether the problem affects one area or the whole property and whether one or several systems serve it. The findings help distinguish a repair or ductwork issue from a replacement decision.

Can our business stay open during HVAC replacement?

That depends on the equipment, access and work required. Planning should identify which areas will be affected and when equipment needs to be shut down. Share your operating hours and staff or customer needs so we can discuss scheduling and disruption before the work is arranged.

What does a builder need to send for an HVAC installation estimate?

Send the available building plans, intended use of the space, equipment requirements and construction schedule. Identify the project contact and any access constraints. That lets us review HVAC equipment and ductwork together and explain the proposed scope in the estimate.

Who should coordinate service at a leased or managed property?

Identify who approves the work, receives the estimate and provides access to the equipment. Those may be different people. Having the owner, manager or other authorized contact involved helps keep the service arrangements and approval of the work clear.
